Not only that, but society raises girls to feel like they have to be beautiful to be a good person deserving of worth. 

Unpopular opinion: sometimes I think the whole “all bodies are beautiful” thing is just a shallow bandaid for a much larger problem, the problem I just described above since men don’t feel the same “beauty pressure” that women do.  What ever happened to “beauty is only skin deep” and “beauty is in the eye of the beholder”?
